For women only: What do you value the most in a healthy relationship?

While on the subject of men-women relationships in the Married or not thread, I'd be interested to know women's point of view of what they value the most in a healthy relationship.

Please guys, refrain from posting here.

Absolutely CA, you're definetely more popular than I am with the ladies. What do you value in a real relationship? Love, trust, openess (and in that order); in short, you want to find your soul mate, someone who accepts you for who you are and not what you can offer them and vice versa. That is far more important than sex.
