F1 the Movie
Watch it last night & i loved it! I came in with mixed feelings having heard various comments that were either great or the movie being a bit too long. Another critic said it was the movie ‘Shane’ in an F1 world. Actually Shane is one of my all-time favorite westerns ever! Anyways i really enjoyed the movie, the racing scenes were fantastic & nerve wracking, the movie’s lenght was perfect & i loved the cast! I also don’t really het the comparison to the Alan Ladd classic. If i have a small complaint i would have left out the final two minutes of the movie. I felt that scene was unnecessary & not including it would have made the ending better. For all F1 fans: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE! But don’t forget that it’s still just a movie.

SILVERSTONE......MAX a surpris les McLAREN au dernier tour et partira 1er devant PIASTRI et NORRIS chez lui.....tout comme HAMILTON/ 5ème qui va sûrement y mettre la gomme.....on devrait en avoir une bonne....et un bon départ....enjoy.

On a eu quelques moments intéressants à Silverstone, Hulk qui va chercher son premier podium en 239 départs! Il mérite son titre de Driver of the day, lol!

Lance à bénéficier d’une stratégie parfaitement adaptée à son niveau de pilotage sous la pluie, il n’était pas loin de Hulk pour le Driver of the day. Il est très fort sous la pluie.

Piastri a perdu la victoire à cause d’une crampe majeure au cerveau, pénalitée plus que méritée! Verstappen a perdu beaucoup de points sur la séquence. Ça risque sérieusement de provoquer des coups bas pour le reste de la saison.

....d'autant plus que c'est la 2ème fois que PIASTRI met MAX dans le gros trouble.....à suIvre....bien aimé aussi LEWIS qui a bien navigué en eaux troubles......comme souvent dans le passé chez lui....MAIS en bout de piste autre doublé McLAREN....quand même...

Chambardement chez Red Bull, Horner remercié et dans la foulée, 2 de ses plus proches collaborateurs quittent!

C’est définitivement la fin d’une époque, est-ce que ça va pousser Verstappen à signer ailleurs à la fin de son contrat?

Dutch Grand Prix
It turned out to be a very exciting race. Oscar Piastri led since lap 1 & won the race. Lando Norris was moving up on him late in the race but unfortunately his engine blew up! This led to Verstappen finishing 2nd & the surprising Isack Hadjar picking up hos first podium for the RB racing team which brought about many emotions from his team members which i found very touching. Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll & Fernando Alonso finished 7th & 8th respectively. Devastated day for the Scuderia with both racers getting knocked out of the rave due to crashes. By way Jacques Villeneuve was one of the pundits working the race this weekend & he’s one of my favorite commentators because he speaks his mind & never holds anything back. Today was no exception when he stated after the race that Kimmie Antonelli is over his head in F1 racing (he caused the Charles Leclerc crash due to his negligence) which seemed to shock his counterparts on the panel. But Jacques is 100% correct & made some great points to back up his opinion. By the way here’s a picture of Isack Hajar with Max a few years ago.

Big surprise this weekend, are we witnessing the return of RedBull/Verstappen? Or was it just a bad weekend for McLaren? 20 seconds is a heck of a gap considering McLaren is suppose to have the fastest car!

If Red Bull has seriously improve that much Verstappen could relaunch the battle for the title.

Crazy qualifs yesterday and race today. Easy win for Verstappen.
It helped that the McLarens weren't close, Piastry out, right at the beginning and Norris starting too far back.

Very boring indeed! Besides McLaren clinching their title, it is very interesting to see how Max is able to be back in the battle to fight and seriously defend his title! No doubt, this guy is the best driver out there.

Now that Max has a car to compete, Norris and Piastri should really worry about the title. They both need to crank the aggressivity to Verstappen’s level because he wont give anything for free!
