You guys have to remember Dobes was an All Big 10 goalie for Ohio State when Montreal drafted him. His success should not be a big surprise. He has credited his development at OSU for his rise. Some of you may have heard of this school. They are in the CFP and may win it. Their hockey team, although not as dominant as Michigan and Minnesota in recent years, has been a very good Big 10 Program. We have seen lots of big time players get drafted from this league in recent years.

The difference between this year’s team & past years is that the team has never been healthier than it is now. It’s hard to be competitive when half the regular players are out. But i now see a healthy team that is gaining confidence & has 100% confidence in both goalies. They look happy out there. They work hard for the most part. Theyre fun to watch!

Heureusement on semble s’être réveillé en milieu de deuxième, surtout le trio de Evans qui menace le plus, sinon ça aurait vite virer au cauchemar. Voyons voir si la troisième va réveiller notre premier trio qui, même si ils ont scorer ils ont dormi au gaz sur les deux premiers buts des Canucks.
Ouf on a joué avec le feu mais remonté de 1-3 pour finalement gagner 5-4 en OT. Et hop, 2 points!

Je trouve que c’est le trio Armia-Evans-Heineman qui a montrer le rythme car on sentait nettement le manque d’énergie en première moitié du match.
Lankinen a fait des arrêts énormes en troisième pour garder son équipe dans le coup, il méritait un meilleur sort que Montembault.

This may have been Lane Hutson’s best game in the NHL & now leads rookies in scoring. What an exciting player! Kirby Dach with another strong game & Suzuki seems to have regained his form. The players look happy & confident out there. And guess what? The habs are now in a playoff position taking over the last wildcard spot right behind Tampa!
I am starting to think Martin St. Louis might win NHL Coach of the Year!
