Seeing so many goals is a nice change of pace! I loved the trench war against Tampa, where every goal was game defining, but it's good to see the valves opened.

Newhook has gotten on a real heater in these playoffs. What's gotten into him?
When MTL went for him it was specificaly for his playoffs numbers and his age.
Had he skated out of his crease to play the puck, as he normaly do, the puck would have just crossed in front of the net without getting in.

Après avoir laissé passer 3 rondelles en première période, Dobes a fermé la porte et effectué 32 arrêts consécutifs! Les Habs se sont ensuite mis en marche, au final, ce sont les gardiens des Sabres qui ont très mal paru.
Buffalo et Ruff semblaient totalement abattus en quittant la patinoire. Maintenant je souhaite vivement que MTL termine cette série samedi soir, à la maison. Je veux voir la ville festoyer toute la nuit!

No, Lyon gave 3 goals on the first 3 shots, not 4! And he did get the hook after the third goal!
After that, the Sabres kicked the Habs ass 8-3! Very bad game from MTL in front of their fans, a real shame!
Good news is MTL are 5 wins 0 defeat on their opposant rings, and they never lost 2 games in a row in the playoffs this year.
The box score says 3 goals allowed on 4 shots attempted on Lyon and a .250 save %:
Maybe the official scorer wanted to credit him with 1 save to make his line look a little better?
I remember very well when he got pull out the score board showing 3 sog. Maybe they did ad a shot during the game or after. It weird that these two teams cannot win at home though. Hopefuly it stays like this for monday night!

As a Bruins fan, I really want to wish The Canadians well in tomorrow night's game seven, as Buffalo humiliated us in the first round, but somehow I just can't.
