I was looking at tickets for a preseason Habs game and a majority of them were $300 at minimum.


Ridiculous that even preseason games are expensive.

You can get nosebleed tickets for half that for pre-season. But ya... I bought 2 for the season opener. Only reason is I'm expensing it.

It all depends on passion for the game.
For some, they will do it to get their kids at least once for the experience.

I am going to the Sharks game on the 20th. Cost me $175 and I am getting a God's eye view . Last year I got a 200 level seat for the same. They are in demand because they are the young hot shot team with all the upside. Also, big hockey market. They are gonna be good this year. I think 2nd in the Atlantic and will make a trade for a big fish some time this year. Schiefle is my guess, depending on how the Jets do. If they get him, another deep run is upon us.
