So I have been in situations where the girls are willing to go out to dinner with me after a dance or after a chat at the club. However I am a sceptic tbh of if they are actually interested in me or if its for the long game. Is it common for the girls to want to step out the club and have dinner with clients outside the club ?

Of course it is. Treat them respectfully....meaning pay them for their tine. I'm an older guy so to spend some time with a beautiful young woman is worth $$. But that's me.
Well that does make sense. But question, did you discuss payment and fees before meeting up with them or did you just compensate them for them time accordingly ? I did happen to go out with one and she had mentioned she didn't want anything and just wanted to enjoy the night out and wanted to do it again. So I'm very confused.

So it is pretty much a 50 / 50 chance but it's 2023 so anything can happen today

Set the rules of game before. Now it is not strange if they go out as an escort or READ Post #7 above. Now I do not go to strip clubs but previously I experienced 3 girls went out with me. 2 were very good, the 3rd MILKED me way more then I expected. Luckily among those three there was no bipolar.

If they do, it’s more to keep you as a customer. Don’t expect anything beyond the “date.” FWIW, many strippers are in relationships and this is their work, so don’t get too excited.
Why not if she pays for the dinner? You can pay for the second one if the first goes well. The one inviting should pay! Isn't it?
It happens. If you want to take a stripper out to dinner go for it. For me, if the girl showed that kind of interest I would just go for the close and ask her back to my hotel room. Not interested in a companion for dinner, especially in Montreal. Companion in the bedroom, well that's a different story.
LOL! Funny I see this thread. I'd take a gal or two out for a drink in my younger days. Take her out for dinner and a drink at an inexpensive place if you hit it off. I took one for an all-nighter at a hotel (I paid for the room, didn't pay the girl) in Windsor, ONT from the states, and another we bought a six-pack and did rear seat action in my car.

In younger age almost everyone is fortunate not to pay the girls. Even do not need to rent the room. Could be in the bushes, behind the wall, in the dark alley, in bathroom or behind the tree trunk in the garden. Or in the bus stop shelter, which I saw in 1999 beside metro parc at the end of street before train track where a young couple was fucking around 11 pm.
