In my case one of my best friend is a retired booker and driver we met in the industry many years back he was one of my many drivers !

Yes, it is possible, of course. But presently, I don't know when me, I will be retired, if I will keep contact,
because if I quite a day, that will be because I will have a very good reason, and that will be a major change of life.
I am afraid to be maybe too much nostalgic, I don't know, difficult to know presently.

I guess it all depends on the reasons for retirement and that varies for everyone ,how will someone feels is hard to know until its done .

I have kept contact with a couple of providers. One has become a true good friend and I correspond sporadically with another, like in every other year. Some retired SPs cut all communication channels (shutting down cell phone numbers and emails) and burn all the bridges that link them to the hobby when they retire. We just need to respect their choice of cutting off with the us.

There are two 'retired' SPs right now that I still see on the side. One, I approached after she made her retirement announcement; the other contacted me out of the blue.

I used to meet one SP a lot from an agency Sweet Dreams around 15-17 years ago. She retired 15 years ago. I used to have her telephone number even after her retirement. I used to meet her time to time until 12 years ago. After that it seems her number was changed and I lost contact with her.

After that I had a very good relationship with a girl at ZZcream. I used to have her number. She retired 10 years ago. After her retirement I used to meet her until 8 years ago. After that I did not call her and then she changed her number. I am sure she must be happy in her family life now.

Then I had a very good relationship with another SP. When she retired two years ago she gave me her telephone number. I called her quite a few times after her retirement and used to meet her. But now since last year I have not called her. I don't want to interfere with her personal life now. I want her to get settled in life and be happy.

Some of my best experiences have been with retired SPs.
There is one petite spinner who retired about 5 years ago who i still see pretty regularly.
We've grown very accustom to one another, and she totally fulfills all of my dirty fantasies, with total confidence and ease. She is completely comfortable with me and knows what i like and dislike. We even go on dates together (no charge), which always ends up in my bed lol She confides real personal things with me, which is cool cuz she trusts me, but i never confide anything, as a general principle lol
She is quite addictive truth be told, especially when she's all dolled up and nylon'd up for me.

Funny that I spot this thread today. One of my favorites quit the business to return to school and have a life out of the business. She sent me a text this morning telling me how nervous she was about her first day of school. She also remembered that it is my birthday this week and wanted to know if I was available to have lunch together. So yes it happens and hopefully I will stay friends with ehr for years to come.

I do not plan to ''retire'' so much as fade out as real life will take first place , less juggling in the future ,
this hobby has been great and filled a need while I was transitioning between career...

One time there was an independent who was quite active on a board and disapeard out of the blue. I only saw her once, but i contacted her, just to see if everything was ok in her life. I was happy to get an answer and to see that she decided to go back to school and everything was ok

I think I know exactly who you mean and I did the very same thing in terms of contacting her. She seemed pleased that I contacted her.
