Would I have a problem having "guests" if I stayed at something like a L'Appartement Hôtel compared to a chain hotel?

Problem might come from the SP as some won't go in a place where more than 1 guy is present. It's a question of safety. I strongly suggest you mention this fact when booking your SP and not leave the ladies discover the fact once onsite. If I put myself in the ladies' shoes, I wouldn't like that whatsoever...

I missed richman927's second post. Yes, you may have a problem, unless both girls are from the same agency and both are completely aware of whats going on you will obviously have issues.
