I'm about to buy my second hard drive. My first 500GB is full. My new one will be 1TB. HD porn will fill up an hard drive fast. I still have about 20 magazine, about 5000 pictures, and about 100 dvd.... still i'm downloading right now! LOL! Gotta love those torrent!

I've been a member of a website like Brazzers.com for a very short time. They have mostly mature looking glamorous and incredibly built young goddesses and cougars. I try to make sure any site I view is certified 18 and older. But what worries me is the trend for women in porn to look like teens and the intentioned perception of some sites to make them look too young. Considering that, when I hear in the news of someone's computer being seized and apparently underage porn being discovered I start to wonder if these websites make sure to certify the age of their ladies carefully. Some of the people whose computers have been seized have been required/forced to register as predators though sometimes it seems the basis of this was not underage porn but "apparently underage" porn they possessed. To make things worse, some torrents have tags attached to the films that make one sick to the stomach.
Then there is the prospect of dubious birth certificate issues with foreign porn we must consider when we remember the known questionable birth certificate episodes that have happened among foreign sports competitors and stars.
Questions:
Considering the possibility of "Traci Lords cases" out there, how concerned and how careful are you about the possibility of age mistakes in porn, as well as the possibility someone could think the films you have are legally questionable?
How do you make sure to avoid the risks?

What I'd like to know is how does LE find out about peoples PC'S containing underage porn if they dont distribute it?

Pretty easy, actually. If they know where it's being distributed, it's pretty easy to learn where it's going.
Since the Traci Lords affair, the porn industry is extremely careful about underage girls finding their way in. One mistake and it could be fatal for the industry considering how the laws have changed since Traci was making porn films. But to show the differences between societies, the BBC aired a great documentary on Traci a number of years ago that included nude video of her that would be considered child porn in the US.
I wouldn't worry about anything being presented on a main stream porn site. But I still wonder why anyone pays for what is easily available for free, including Brazzers videos, on sites like Pure TnA.

I was thinking the same thing... and besides PureTNA there is also Empornium. Both free & easy to use torrent sites. If something isn't on one, its probably on the other, including brand new releases & classic porn.

Any lawyers can correct me if I am wrong, but the law in the US and probably Canada focuses on intent. If it was found that a girl that claimed she was 18 was not and the company had to pull her films because they found out her age later and she forged her birth certificate, etc., I very much doubt that they would go after anybody who viewed or downloaded it, because the law involves the original intent of the accused. No one in that situation intended to view the porn because they thought one of the subjects was underaged.

It is that Victoria Secret type gal in my bootcamp class.
