Anxiety and depression are very common among service providers and can lead to serious disorders and mental illnesses, in my opinion. Both are extremely negative psychological effects of service providers . Many of the chronic symptoms experienced by service provider are similar to the long-term physical effects of torture. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is one of the most severe psychological effects of on service providers . Anxiety, depression, insomnia, irritability, flashbacks, emotional numbing, and hyper alertness are all symptoms of PTSD. It eventually catches up with you after many years. I'm not saying it happens to all service providers, but I would say it happens in many cases, particularly among the weaker service providers. If you think this job is simple, you are mistaken. All of these symptoms could lead to the retirement of a service provider. It's a very sensitive subject that people and even service providers avoid discussing, and many service providers I know have retired due to mental health issues. That is the primary reason why, after experiencing mental health issues, service providers will contact merb and request no review policies in order to avoid being reminded of their past. It is a step toward resolving mental health issues.I know many of you will disagree, but it is a fact among service providers.
