How do threesomes work, especially safety-wise? (explicit)

Do duos usually trust each other to share body fluids or do they require a new condom every time you swap? What else does one need to know before booking one?
New condom everytime with the ones I've been involved in and the safe thing to do for everyone involved.
Before booking one, just be aware that it is mostly not very interactive between the ladies. If lady interaction is what you are looking for, choose well and do your research.

The first pair of ladies that i saw regularly over a one-year period didn’t require the switching of condoms everytime i switched partners & i never thought much of it until later on when my new partners insisted on the condom switch. It was a drag but i understood why. And since i had been getting used to using the same condom i must admit that putting a new condom on everytime i’d turn my attention towards the other lady was awkward at first & felt like an interruption. It’s probably what led me to get bored with threesomes over time. And u fortunately for me all the threesomes that I experienced over the years did not include interaction between the ladies. Like the previous poster suggested do your research beforehand & don’t be afraid to ask the booker about their restrictions & what to expect.

That makes a lot of sense although it is a bit disappointing.

Yeah, I just thought maybe "real" duos (ones that advertise it) could maybe trust each other to never have unprotected sex with anyone. Idk what a SPs life is like outside of her "job" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Always have had the ladies switch condoms between. Which means, usually one round with one girl and then one round with the other.

I had a duo with 2 girls from Cupids in Toronto who were really into each other and did lots of oral on each other
Then a duo with two from Euphoria who maybe kissed each other once and that was it (it was still a great session, tho!)

Made me think about how we focus too much on penetration sometimes. My duos have been must of the time oral focused and lots of fun. If penetration there is, you should change condom, gloves and toys. But even with oral sex you can develop an STI. You are responsible for the risks you take and to inform your partners of any known health issue :) Moral of the story, sex is never 100% safe and you should get tested every once in a while (personally I go every two months) so you can keep yourself and your partners safe :)

Rosie, thank you for doing your part!

I live in LA, and there's a new trend with many guys who plead for bareback and many ladies who offer it. Cant understand how a slightly better feeling is worth dealing with some bad consequences. I'm happy Mtl for the most part isn't like that. I like really naughty fun, but also not dealing with the aftermath. Safer play and testing is the way to go!

Thank you for that perspective. You're right, it's easy to view penetration as almost an obligation.

Very interesting topic. I understand changing condoms in between. Is there any problem with switching from one girl to another during DATY?

I got so confused at first that this was refering to duos... only 3somes i have had were with couples... (i love seeing their love together and being included in their fun). This topic doesn't generally come up then though because it's condom for me and he gets to have his woman bareback too... though means most of the time she is the one being penitrated. And my goal in these cases is to be sure she is enjoying and doesn't feel threatened so he may get to have 3somes more often if she is wanting it too. Girls are fun to play with, i get why guys want us lol...

When it comes to safety in a threesome encounter with service providers, it is crucial to prioritize the health and well-being of all participants. In these professional settings, the use of protection and adherence to safety protocols is typically standard practice. In terms of sharing body fluids, it is essential to understand that there is a risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Therefore, reputable service providers usually require the use of new condoms for each sexual encounter, including when partners are swapped. This helps minimize the risk of transmission and ensures a higher level of protection. Prioritizing open communication, practicing safe sex, and respecting consent are vital aspects of creating a safe and enjoyable experience. It is important to research and choose reputable professionals who prioritize safety, consent, and communication.
