Here's one thing a lady told me recently that I found very enlightening. I'm not sure if it's true, but I think it is: it's almost impossible for a woman to "not like" clitoral stimulation. The reason some say they don't like it–and in my experience it's a minority–is because they do not want to experience an orgasm with someone they don't have an emotional connection with.
Oh.. it is very much possible for someone to not like clitoral stimulation, same way not all men like haveing their balls played with. Every body is different. And we expierience sensations differently, especially in sensitive areas.
I do enjoy clitoral stimulation, how I provide it for myself. But when someone else trys, it very rarely is done in a way that will get me to feel good, or orgasm. It's either just off the sensitive area, or they try rubbing it dry, or my worst expierience, he wanted his member chewed on, and didn't seem to understand that while he liked that, other people don't like their privates chewed on.
Some can have a clit that is too sensitive and rather than feel pleasure, touch can lean more twords unbearable, or painful.
