This happened to me with one agency a couple of times in a row: had to wait about 15 to 20min . For an incall, I wouldn't have minded, but I feel it's very unprofessional to keep me waiting for so long outside. Shall I complain or is this normal in the business??

Actually, I think 15-20 mins is within reason. Human nature of this type of business, delays happen. Granted, especially if you are newer to doing incalls, it's awkward and uncomfortable to have to wait or walk around the block. But we aren't buying baked goods, lol

Outcalls for agencies. Up to 30 min delay is the norm and can be caused by myriad of reasons. One hour or above delay usually means that the previouse client has extended his session with additional pay; 1.5-2 hours delay often means that your appointment has been shifted to accommodate yet another client. Cancellation of the appointment often resulted from an unexpected multi-hour booking that is too good to be missed.

I don’t think it’s normal to have to wait 15-20 mins, but others think it’s normal, so each one has an opinion.
Let me explain: if it rarely happens (example, 1 out of 10 times), I would let it slide.
If it happens often (every 2nd or 3rd appointment), I find it’s unacceptable. Our time is important too!

If the girl showed up 15 mins late for her shift, it’s ok, stuff happens. But this means that all her appointments will be delayed by at least 15 mins. So in this case, the proper thing for the agency to do is to send each client a quick text to say their appt is delayed by 15 mins. Saves time and frustration for the client.

But as long as the agencies are fully booked, then they can do whatever they want. We as clients seem to be accepting any conditions, such as delays, shortened appointments (1 hr = 45-50 mins), etc.

I’ve usually had minimal delays (5-10 mins), so it’s been ok. One time, however, there was a delay and they kept telling me that the SP would be ready soon (in 5 mins). 30 mins later she still wasn’t ready. I was actually on a bit of a tight schedule and I told them that if there was a further delay, I’d have to cancel.
Guess what: the booker said “ok she’s ready now.” Lol!

Edit: My response was referring to incall appointments, since I only do incalls.
For outcall, I guess more delays can be expected due to traffic, etc.

I think 30 mins max but I would need to know what is going on, but if there is no info coming from her after 30 mins I am done and so is she.
If it is someone I know and have seen many times then it is very different I will accommodate anything reasonable Including a reschedule.

Outcall : 15/20m is normal. They have to deal with traffic etc

Incall : 10 to 15 minutes at most. More than that i feel there is an issue. If its us that are late we loose those minutes...

Same for me. If it takes too long then I feel to be loosing the fun factor of a meetup...
It somewhat has to be quickly rebuilt after door has opened...if it end up to be opened.

Unless its the first call of the day, I find >10 minutes irritating. If there was an issue/delay, they knew it way before I get there. Client decided to take longer? let me know so I can choose to keep the revised time or skip. And if they don't allow enough time beween clients that is a "their" problem.

I'm not sure about incall. But they should be scheduling enough of a gap between appointments so there shouldn't be much delay...
Outcall, she should give a bit of an extended period of time till arrival to incorperate an added traffic time. It is always nicer to give too much time and arrive early than to not give enough time and arrive late, but it happens at times. though time is needed from contact to arrival. I've seen people complain that it will take too long to arrive, but they are on the opposite side of the island. Travel time is needed, girls aren't genies that can just arrive in seconds. And during traffic hour it can get pretty bad.

I don’t mind 15mins
I remember in my early days i booked an indy . Never meet her Was on time. Told her I was at her hotel waiting at the lobby .After 15 mins told me to wait a little longer she will be ready . After one hour I message her again asking for specific time She said she needed more time but didn’t give a reason Very rude to string me along I left and still see her ads but will never book with her again
