If you get good service, by all means. The thing that makes me weary about them is they have kinda their own sub reviews by that dude(forgot his name). Kinda skeptical of those. An sp who once worked for Ferrari told me that she left because they kept 50% of the donation, which i personally found outrageous!

But the worst i saw was an agency called First Time whose pimp (some hoodlum named Tom) would often keep 100% of the proceeds! Yes, you heard this right: 100% of the proceeds!

Of course when you have lowlives like him running a business (and i'm not necessarily referring to the current American President) the only direction it goes is down and that's what happened. The girls turned on him since he would often stop giving them their 'cut' and it led to them stealing from clients....or trying to. And then hotel security would end up getting involved who would then call the cops and the agency was no more and the pimp ended up serving time for various reasons.

The XO and Euphoria ladies whom I've seen told me that they keep most of the "standard" donations and all of the extras and tips. This is how it should be. (Many of them don't worry about the donations when I meet them for outcalls; sometimes I have to remind them to take the donations before they leave.) Keep the ladies happy and they will be happier seeing their clients. A happy escort will likely provide the best possible service to her clients.
