If you have Norton Internet Security (or some other security program) try turning off Privacy Control before you login to the chat. Also check the MERB Superchat thread.

In fact "Privacy Control" need to be off in Norton Internet Security.

But if you want to let "Privacy Control" "on", you can use this link

The best thing to do if you are using any Norton product is go to "add-remove programs" and uninstall it.

The best thing to do if you are using any Norton product is go to "add-remove programs" and uninstall it.

You don't have to uninstall it; you just have to turn it off for the duration, then on again after you are done chatting.
