The age for a cougar in my view is any woman attracted to a young man when she is old enough to have grown children of the same age, and has a preference for young men instead of those her own age. The late 30s would be the youngest.

I agree with Merlot's definition, but for me a cougar would be a women with no children. When she has children, she's a MILF (Mother I'd Like to Fuck).

For me, A mature escort would be about 38+. This would be the same for a MILF. 34-38 could be described as a young MILF.

A cougar is pretty much the same as a MILF. It's the same concept, but reversed point of views.... As Merlot stated, it's a mature woman who likes to date younger guys. I agree with Merlot also. The age of the woman is not a factor as long as the young man is 18. She is old enough to be his mother or just a little younger than that - like 15 years older and above.

Personally, mine was about 20 years. I used to and still do, to a lesser extent, like MILFs. When I was 19 my first SP was 39 (maybe even older?). These days Demi Moore is pretty much held together by science, duct tape and optimism, so I'm not sure she's the most accurate definition of a cougar. I could be wrong, though.
