Hi everyone,

It`s been almost six weeks that I have my first SP encounter. I need to talk with somebody about my story. My family and friends don`t know that I slept with a SP I feel guilty. I`m single. If you have time to read and give me some thoughts or advice, it would be nice.

Last August 16th, I saw an high end agency SP. Before meeting her (2hours before meeting her), I trim with a scissor my scrotum. With some bad luck, I cut my scrotum skin and it start to bleed. Anyway, I have already book with her and reserved the hotel room. I was very nervous and excited in same time. I told my self, it`s too late to cancel.

I had great time with her. I discussed with her and I felt she was honest with me. She said she`s been doing SP for 5 years and she never caught any STDs. I receive a and then, she put the HAT and proceed to CG, Reverse CG, doggie and mish.
Three days later, I felt strange in my body. I felt a bit tired. 4-5 days later, my mouth and eyes became dry and I hard time to breath by the nose (nez bouché). My tongue became white in the far ends. I had also difficulty to swallow my saliva. All this happen within one week and half. I`ve took VIH test 14 days later and all was negative.

I don`t exactly if those symptoms are related with STD or not. Right now I`m feeling better, my tongue seems less white (in the back), but my mouth still a bit dry. I have contact the SP and she told me all her test was negative. The agency said also that all the girls have to do their tests each two months. I`m rassured but in same time. One thing I know, she had done other tests after my encounter and she told me all was negative.

here is my main question. If some one is in sero-conversion, does the VIH tests will be mostly positive?

One thing is sure, It`s my first and last time in this hobby. Thanks for supporting me. I need to talk with someone.

Don't you think you were just a wee bit harsh? The gent did say he was uninformed and feeling guilty both of which cloud his judgment, plus he seems to have come down with some sort of infection (the flu?) which also makes it difficult to think clearly.

Make sure you tell them the truth about why you want to get checked. HIV can remain hidden from tests for up to 3 months so you will need a second HIV test.

By the way there is no reason to feel guilty for paying for sexual services. You did nothing wrong! You are a single man.

I wanted to try a SP since it's been a while I'm alone. You like this hobby or not. Life has so much things to do. I already pass a Hepatis + VIH tests after 14 days. All was negative, but I know I have to wait 12 weeks. This thursday, It will be six weeks.

At 4 weeks, I went to see a doctor at the clinique l'alternative. I wanted to have a quick VIH test in 30 min, but he refused because it was too early. He said to me that the risk will be higher if it was blood + blood or blood + cum. I want to pass another test just to be sure that I don't have yet nothing, even if I didn't reach the 12 week marks.

I'm looking for a STD clinic where it's easy to pass STD tests without too much questions. I don't want to go there and don't do any tests. It's just to re-assured a bit mysfelf.. Does clinic actuel will do it and quickly?

Yes it was ouch when I cut myself, it was a small cut. The next day I wasn't able to find the cut! The scissor was mine, so there is no problem.

sounds like you just have some kind of infection. go to a regular clinic to get tested for STDs. But don't worry too much. HIV symptoms take a while to appear.

Hello,

I still have the same symptoms since they appeared (dry mouth, dry eyes) but I'm feeling a bit better. I'm not sure if it can be an adenorvirus:

Incubation: 2 days to 2 weeks later

symptoms:

- Gastroenteritis
- Conjunctivitis
- Pharyngoconjunctival fever

Anyways, to be sure it's better to get test. How long do you wait before getting the results at Mont-Carmel? How does it work for anonymous testing?
The wait is long before seing a doctor?

Look if the cut on your penis CLOTTED, then there is AN EXTRMEMLY LOW RISK.
I have worked a bit in the health community, and I can tell you that a small clotted cut and a condom is ver very low risk. I would almot dare to say that you do not have anything. In my experience, the people who have illness have done some thing really bad. People who practice general precautions walk out clean almost 100 times out of 100.

If you are really worried get a 6 week test from a friendly doctor or clinic.
While a 12 week test should be taken and technically is the only correct answer , a 6 week probability according to many experts is very close to two standard deviations ( about 95% correct). So if that is negative after 42 days six weeks you can ALMOST breath a sign of relief.

any clinic, carmel or otherwise, will take around 3 weeks for results. for testing they give you a number and you call-in later for results. dont even have to give your real name. expect to wait 30-60 mins.

and it's been 6 weeks?! for f*k's sake man go see a doctor. time will only make it worse. and stop reading about possible afflictions on the internet. if you want to play in this world, you better be able to deal with such issues.

Just hope that everything is alright. Reading the posts I have to agree, you are just too harsh on yourself. Honestly now - Are you a hypocondriac?

Guilt? Were you raised Catholic too? My first few times I had guilt but generally dont now. Like any behavior, it becomes easier after doing it a few times.

Never ever tell anyone you did this, saw an SP. It is antisocial behavior and generally is not acceptable in my opinion. I have told some guy friends and a brother but they did not share my enthusiasm and generally do not like it. Some have tried it but generally they have moved on. If you want to be married or have a girlfriend you really can not do this hobby (If you want to be honest about it).

The hair thing is stupid. If your going to trim yourself do it 2 weeks before like when you get a hair cut, it takes some time to fill in and look nice. Dont do it before session its just risky and she may think you are weird .

I have seen maybe 20 girls over the last several years. Only once did I get some kind of genital irritation but it was minor.

I have gotten sick influenza type symptoms days after seeing a girl. I accept this as part of the game. If they have kissed many men in the past amoung other things, they may have built up immunity to some germs or can pretend they are not sick.

I think it is smart to get tested though I can relate to not wanting to answer a lot of questions, so I make stuff up.

If you can get out of this hobby I think you will be ok. It may be some fun, but it has risks, is expensive, and may have other downsides not readily discussed.

No I am not catholic. I am not sure if I will do it again. So far, I am not willing to see any escorts because of this experience. Well, I am getting better. I have got some kind of flu and dry mouth. At least, I did not have fever or cold swet. I did not get tested yet because I am working in Amsterdam for a business trip. I rarely reply on this board - but it definitely seems like your symptoms of dry mouth and dry eyes is probably in your head unless you're taking some form of prescription meds. In addition, the scissors you cut yourself could have had something on them. Also - I hope you cleaned the infected area with a sterile rag rather than an object that isn't the most sanitary.

Chances are you have nothing and you're probably overworked. Travelling to Amsterdam for work - consultant? If you are a consultant - you're overworked. Although - did you consider that you were allergic to something? Pop an antihistamine and you should be fine.

You have classic symptoms. The disease you caught is called stress. The stress that your brain has associated with all the possibilities has caused actual symptoms to gestate. I would bet my life (that is how confident I am) that you are 100% fine. Once you relax, which is easier said than done, your symptoms will disappear. Want me to prove it? You head wasn't bothering you at all when you weren't thinking about it. Now think about how your head feels and you will see it isn't 100%. Your body makes you forget about things until you focus on them. Once you relax you will forget about the minor symptoms that your body has probably always had. Your brain is making you think they are serious problems that are new and associated with sex. Don't worry about it. You are fine.
