...outcalls was the norm, and incalls were the exception
I don’t get to Montreal as much as I used to, but this is a sea change. The charm of Montreal has always been outcall service, the convenience and comfort of it all....outcalls was the norm, and incalls were the exception
Well, reading how some memories go way back to the 20th century...
I rarely post to Merb these days, but I actually enjoyed reading comments in this thread. I wish some more of the seasoned hobbyists would weigh in.Guys, I did not expect this thread to take off the way it did LOL I started it, as I often do, with a lot of sarcasm
I started it mostly to cherish memories... not to criticize the current state of things (well, maybe a bit haha). We're still very lucky to hobby in Montreal
Glad you all found a place to get some thoughts / memories off your chest
Ladies, we're lucky to have you
Asservissante was a great agency and bailed me out a number of times after another agency canceled. Was Martin the owner?I miss Emily Red and Asservissantes.
Also... old farts are two fold... yes they're old, sometimes very old... but I'm hoping they're the most respectful, most generous and less demanding clients... knowing they're so lucky to be in the company of such young and beautiful women.
I enjoy reading your contributions! I hope to find more ways to get you back to "Merb mode activated"I rarely post to Merb these days, but I actually enjoyed reading comments in this thread
If they're still alive, which I hope of courseI wish some more of the seasoned hobbyists would weigh in.
Martin was a legend. He has always referred to his girls in superlatives in every booking telling me than 1 h is not enough and I would regret. In most cases he succeeded convincing me for 90 min or more
Martin, really great guy and if I remember well his partner was Tony, good memories.Asservissante was a great agency and bailed me out a number of times after another agency canceled. Was Martin the owner?
The market up there is screaming for a return of Asservissante or Mike (GG and was it Elite?). But then again, recruiting is much more challenging today. Lightning in a bottle happens just once.
You might be right about his partner Tony. I don’t remember.Martin, really great guy and if I remember well his partner was Tony, good memories.
Let me see if I can get a 50% discount with Katrina ViannaAh shit, she's still too expensive lol
I don't negotiate. Never have, never will. The price is the price. To me, that shows a lack of respect for the provider, so I stick to the price range I set for myself.
In my case the rates were so reasonable that it made me see most of the ladies at the time for 2 hours minimum, sometimes more. It gave me more time to get to know the other person & take my time, not rushing into things. Almost like a real date, to be honest. Now if i’d want to do this it would nearly cost me a monthly mortgage or the total cost of my hotel rooms on a trip to Mtl!I miss those times were it was still possible to have some decent bangs for 60-80$/30 min
There were two Martins back then who ran extremely popular agencies. One was Martin from Asservissamte & the other one ran Xxxtase. Both were terrific guys & i met both in person. Both at a restaurant & Martin of Asservissante recognized me by my voice, like he’d always do when i’d call him without even introducing myself. The girls told me he had a knack for recognizing people‘s voices. Tony took over when Martin had to leave due to ‘legal’ problems but he returned later. I met him during the Jazzfest after he had come back. He was at the restaurant with a fellow hobbyist that i knew & i was introduced to him. After all these years of talking on the phone with him it was such a pleasure to finally meet him. The funniest part is that he even remembered several of the ladies that i had seen over the years & he gave me updates on some of my favorite ladies of the past who had eventually left the business. One funny thing about that time was that i was at the resto with former hobbyist Jeff Jones (a super guy!) and we both were accompanied with our then favorite ladies in the business! That was around 2015 possibly the same year or so that he closed the agency.Martin, really great guy and if I remember well his partner was Tony, good memories.

I get your point. Thank you for explaining your POV. Thing is in this hobby, negotiating is MOSTLY viewed as a bad thing. Sorry if you took it personal, which is totally understandable since I quoted your post.I don't know who that is.
Anyway, it's possible that you and I seek different things from providers (I don't go for BJs or penetration of any sort) , but I don't necessarily see negotiation as disrespectful. Everyone's time is negotiable.
Do you not negotiate a pay rate or pay increase at a job for the work you do? Or negotiate a sale that you are making? It really has very little to do with whether or not you see the person as a human being worthy of respect or not, it's more about value that you feel you are getting. This is the same logic an SP has to apply when deciding what rate works for them. Nobody is owed cash for s3x, and nobody is owed s3x is the bottom line.
Sometimes an SP will prefer to give a reduced rate handj0b and make some money rather than make no money because the guy doesn't want to actually have s3x and pay those prices. Price discovery is a natural, dynamic thing, and even a grocery store will accept a negotiation if the deal makes sense.
Please note that I'm not condoning harassment or begging for lowered prices, I don't think it's a little misguided to flat-out consider negotiation as disrespectful.
I agree. The only negative thing that i have to say about him is that he tended to exaggerate some of the newer girls. I figured maybe our tastes were just different but others complained to me about the same thing. One time he called me right out of the blue & asked me if i was still in town. He said he had just hired an absolutely gorgeous girl on that day & insisted that i be her first client. However i had already booked someone from another agency & politely declined. He kept insisting & strongly suggested that i change my plans since of all the years we had known one another this girl was a can’t miss & i’d regret it forever if i didn’t see her. But i remembered those few times when he oversold the previous girls i saw & since i really wanted to see the girl i had already booked i declined again. When i met Martin in person a year later I brought this up & he had no recollection of the moment & couldn’t remember who the girl was. Oh well!
