If an Indy is reliable, i supose its the best possibility, as you know from the get go who you are gonna meet, what she is willing to do, you can pre-book and all.
But Agencies tend to have younger girls in general, new in the business, but with that also come that sometimes they may not work a nigh they where supose or such... Agency girls see more clients a night too, there time are more calculated. But again it also depend on the agency you use. Both can be good... but i sugest use only Indy that have good reputation... not backpage and craig or stuff like that.

I think with the Montreal Agencies you can experience the same quality for about 100$-150$ less. Especially when you have the good rapport with an agency booker such as Mike from GG for example. A good booker can act like a good waiter or a good real estate agent. They will try to serve you cuisine or show you rentals that are truly special and to your liking.
also agree with hungry, it really depends on the booker/agency, and yourr attitude is also a big factor. Maybe im wrong, but i would sugest to call first, not text, as i supose call is seen as more personal, booker can have a feeling of you, instead of just plain text. But like i said i could be wrong.

If you are able to plan ahead indy are a good choice but when people ask for same day or in the hour delivery I tell them to go the agency route...also if the purpose of the meeting is only physical ,agency girl would be better choice and probably cheaper...
I agree with Lily, I have seen a few indy's since I started doing this and prefer the indy because I am able to establish a rapport with the girl and see her same time next week without having to make a reservation with an agency that often is not reliable. When I just want to see someone because I am horny and need it now, the agency (Incall) is my preference. I favour one in Laval and have seen a number of the girls over the past few years and they know what I like.
I would say agencies are a must for the ''high-volume'' hobbyist who want to meet someone different every week.
In my opinion Indies make better regulars and can be more generous with the clock. For a GFE, indies feel more realistic because you contact them directly. And because they have their own websites or ads you can get a better idea of their personality even before you contact them.

Indies are better for me. But maybe more difficult to find quality girl as indy. But once you find, it is way better to deal directly with the girl...
I prefer from far a girl that is pretty, Full GFE and independant...
I like knowing that the whole amount I pay goes to the girl and that she takes care herself of the room rental, (or receives at her place or a condo or appart...), the booking, paid advertising if she needs to...
Once in a while I find a young indy that does it all... It is a lot easier for me to repeat with Indies... To develop a relationship that goes beyond the SP/Client one... They often becomes ATF...

I don't see how I could achieve this repeat count with any MTL agencies...
Note that I do not meet much of the Indies that avertise on merb... I only tried Alluring Aliyah Once... over a year ago...

I see indies in the USA a few times a year. Jesus Christ, with some of these girls setting up a date is more difficult then picking up a girl at the bar. And I'm paying 250-450$/hour! You have to get P411 verified or equivalent, then get girls to vouch for you, and then you have to find a date and time where the girl feels like working. A real pain in the ass. With an agency I give the booker a shout.
Agency all the way. The booker wants happy customers. The SP wants money. If you see an SP without a booker and the service is terrible, there's nobody to complain to. If you book with an agency and the service is terrible, you call the booker and politely inform them of the situation and generally they are willing to rectify it (especially if you are a regular, and not a serial complainer/problem customer).

True. But satisfaction, if you are smart enough to pick the right ladies, has been 100% with the Independents I've met. Most of the problems you cite about Indys are the same with the agency ladies and more. Is she working? Is she available or booked? Can she be pre-booked? Is she so hard up for work to try to hide her period while working. Will you be scammed to promote a lesser lady? Is the owner holding her back because the escort won't agree to fuck him for free? Will your appointment be dumped if someone comes in with a longer more profitable offer? Then in the best of circumstances, how many others has she seen that night and after those experiences is she still in the best mood for you? It's worse when you travel infrequently instead of being able to check in most any day and wait until she is available.
The smart client can avoid many of these agency problems, but even then satisfaction is about 75% over the years...80% if you are very careful.
Independents are absolutely better despite the process.

Some indies are more expensive, but most of the ones I've seen are same price as agency (160-200).
I prefer indies, but I'm a bit surprised that indies are leading in this poll, since they are a minority compared to agencies.

It's depend of what you are looking for.
I agree with Lily, if you are looking for an immediate encounter, you should go with an agency, girls are waiting for your call, ready to see you.
But if you like to plan things, Indies are great, you can talk, or chat with them, talk about what you are looking for and learn a bit about them from theirs ads or how they interact with you over mails. Plus Indies don't have 5 calls a night, unless they really want to, so there's no rush, no drivers waiting for them...

I should add a small comment here as well. There are a couple of girls who I have seen through an incall agency originally who have asked if I would like to see them as independants. I realize it's for them to make a little more $$$ with me as they know I will not ask for a special rate. I continue to see them through the agency but every now and then when they aren't scheduled at the agency and I am horny, I simply call or send them a text and normally we can arrange something between us for the same day. It works for me and them so everyone is happy. That being said I suspect that the owner of the agency might be a little pissed if they knew.
I have seen both Independent ladies, and Agency ladies. I agree that Agency ladies are better for immediate bookings. The most memorable were Independents, however. Since I can very seldom prebook, or plan my trips to Montreal, I can not easily schedule with an Independent. There are three currently on my mind to see. It is easier for me to see agency ladies.
