Tiger Woods just purchased a new property on Jupiter Island, Florida for $42 million (US), and I believe he sold the place in Orlando. As I understand it he wanted to move someplace where he could private dock his 155 foot yacht and the Jupiter Island property fit the bill. As I understand it, Tiger's new neighbors, who include Greg Norman and some other celebrities, are a bit upset because he wants to tear down the existing house on the property which was built within the last 10 years or so, and build a new house to his liking. I believe that if you pay $42 million for some real estate, you should be able build whatever you please.
