Ok i didn't quoted all to not go against the rule of huge quoting, but let me summon up.
No i was not booker long(and i didn't drive) yet in that short period of time, i was able to understand how hard that job can be, and if before i was mad when the girl was late, i am now way more forgivable knowing how hard it is to coordonate everything. The job made me realize that it is hard, and it is normal sometimes the guys are a bit tired and annoyed if clients ask too much. When the phone rang i was hoping it would be somebody knowing what he want and being prepared... those where the easiest clients. And yes someimes the drivers where late, we tried to let the clients knows they would be a bit late, when to expect the girl and so on. BUT sometimes i would forget some person, and maybe i was not just the best fit for the job... ? I don't know, i guess there a ton of more qualified persons than me, but i did my best to be the most aquintable to clients, knowing the other side of the track as well... But sometimes you can't help it, if you get a very annoying time wasting "client", it may happen you are still a bit sour when the next one call. You try to go on game face mode and remain polite and such, but sometimes just voice tone can kill it... I did my best, and the reason why i didn't continue was because i had difference of opinions with the owner... I was too much a hobbyist first if i can say...
Then on my hobbying, yes i can say im seasoned, maybe im not the 18 years old veteran, but i ain't the rookie of the team either... i know how it work and doing my homework most of the time make me get great ecounters and you would never see me post that i had a disastruous experience like some members here that have less experience or just simply like to gamble there meeting.
Thats what i wanted to showcase... You say yourself you texted at 9 am and 30 mins later no answer... For when was the booking? If you wanted to book for 8 pm, maybe your text was not top priority? Maybe the booker was simply you know... sleeping? The guys at GG usually finish around 12:30 or 1 am... but they probably don't got to sleep as soon as they finish, so if they got to sleep at 2-3, and the first girl start at 12 or 1 pm, maybe they will open the lines around 11 or so? That part i know it well cause i was finishing at 2 am most of the time, i would go grab something to eat, a couple monsters for the day to come, and i would be at sleep at 3... i would wake at 9:30 or so to open lines at 10 and i would barely sleep 6 hours sometimes... So of course i would priorize text that where for the dayshift first than the ones for the night shift....
Because you directly mentioned GG, i can tell you that everytime i text Mike my homework are dones. I look at the schedule, i know who i want to meet, wich time, and i just text the day before to let him know i would like to see Girl xxx for her first shift.... Answers usually arrive quickly but it may happen it will be later, but of course my text is not for today, so not a priority... I often either text when the shift finish (around 12 or 12:30 am) because often new girls are added for the day to come. Either Mike or James always text me back before going to bed and everything is set...
Sure im an out of towner, i am organized, and i never cancelled(NEVER) a pre-booking, so they know im reliable and i won't waste there time, and on my side i enjoy the opportunity to pre-book, now this is a win-win situation for both. I am not the biggest client, hell i book a girl every 2 sometimes 3 months, still when i do, im reliable and im sure its why my encounters often end up 5 stars. GG is also very reliable and rarely do girls cancel unlike some agencies that let them do as they please... Mike as a hard ethic of work, but this is to ensure clients satisfaction.
As for you other question above, yeah in my short stint i saw some little problems between drivers and escorts, nothing major, but what does it have to do with the subject?
In any case, if all you say is true(10 lines etc) then i would say if you manage to operate everything by yourself, good job, but its hard to compare your time(the 90s) to todays standard. Yourself, since i see you post, i always see you ask questions about a tons of thing, looks to me like you are thinking of rebuilding an agency or something but realize things are not like in your old days, your trying to understand and figure how it work now. So yes congrat on all your years as booker/owner or whatever(cool i made a rhyme) but then again if you ask so many question, its to get today's point of view,so don't spit on the modern breed giving you answers
