Non seulement le client a annulé la dette, mais à la fin du contrat, si le l’escorte ne peut pas payer, elle devra offrir des faveurs sexuelles, ce qui est illégal.
Tout le contrat était bidon dès le départ. En réalité, le client qui a prêté de l'argent au l’escorte voulait prendre le contrôle sur elle, et quand elle a refusé de se conformer au prêt ou à son contrat, il l'a traînée en justice. Il pensait qu'en la traduisant en justice, elle reviendrait vers lui, mais ce ne fut pas le cas.
La morale de l'histoire est de ne pas prêter d'argent à une escorte , car il y a de fortes chances que vous ne les revoiriez jamais.
Dans ma jeunesse, j'ai loué un appartement à une connaissance, où une partie du loyer était réglée par des faveurs sexuelles, un arrangement qui nous convenait à tous les deux à l'époque. Je ne m'étendrai pas sur la manière dont cette situation s'est termine.
Avec les prix des loyers qui explosent, ...ce serait quasiment rendu des overnights.

I believe that if someone genuinely wants to repay a debt, they will reach out to the lender, which none of them did, and I am not bothered by this.

I was not attacking you, @Obvio-0bvio. I was simply adding the point that money affects everyone in this world the same.

However, upon reflecting on your post and revisiting my own, I realized that my words may have come across as somewhat disrespectful and unnecessary.As I recognize that I may have crossed the line.

$200 dollars for sex? Come on, the Judge saw that as disrespectful. But the Nova Scotia ruling, that shows a change in the law.
