Remember when he said he can shoot someone in broad daylight and not lose any supporters? It's sadly true and it's always been an indictment on the mental capacity of his supporters rather than any magic he possesses. Pulling out from the climate deal isn't reneging on their demands even though essentially everything else has and is screwing them over, including how global warming affects everyone regardless of political affiliation. I only wish his dad pulled out.

It was a suckers bet, even if Trump is impeached the procedure is so long and complicated that the chances are that he would be gone in 12 months are pretty slim.

The only way he won't be in office in 2018 is if he dies, which wouldn't be entirely surprising considering how overweight he is & the fact he barely sleeps. Eating hamburgers and KFC all day long and never exercising unless he's on the golf course (but he probably plays with a golf cart) doesn't help either.

If he does wind up getting impeached, it likely wouldn't happen before 2019 and only if the democrats win the 2018 midterm elections, which won't be easy.

Believe it or not, i believe the democrats' best bet to win the 2020 presidential elections happen if Donald Trump is still president and they run against him. But if most of the GOP keeps on acting as his personal fluffer until then, it likely won't happen. And that's the irony: impeaching Trump prior to 2018 would quite possibly be more beneficial to them since Mike Pence would likely become president and he couldn't do a worse job than Trump. In other words, anyone coming next after Trump will look great as president.

Took me around that to despise Trudeau even tough at first i saw him in a good eye.... Yup lets see if the same happen to Trump... but so far so good.

Not only that, but impeachment didn't make the opposition party very popular on previous occasions. If Dems take control of Congress in 2018, they would be better off focusing on the 2020 general instead of pissing off swing voters by wasting their electoral campaign on impeachment... Unless it's a Nixon situation where the Senate is sure to convict the president, in which case this is your scenario, and the GOP is better positioned to win which Pence as candidate.

Remember, he's the oldest man to ever be elected President, he's very fat, stressed out, doesn't sleep much, eats mostly hamburgers and KFC (and ice cream), drinks only Coke and is allergic to exercise. Usually, people in his condition rarely reach their life expectancy.

Most likely, he will end his presidency with his big mouth. Second most likely an unhappy person will end his presidency for him. As far as dying in office that is way down on the list of possible scenarios, but he could also end up in the hospital hooked up to tubes from his unhealthy lifestyle.

Actually the chances of him being "kicked out " didn`t go up at all.
There was nothing new in to-day`s testimony....nothing many of us didn`t know already.

What was new was that Comey admitted that he is a leaker of non-classified info.

Yeah all those things are true except he testified under oath. And if it's not classified, it's not exactly much of a leak. Plus don't think Comey would have admitted it if he was trying to hide something. Not only is he a savvy former Deputy Attorney General, he also knows press & govt need each other even if they don't like each other. Most of the leaks have been coming from White House in some macabre attempt to get Trump's attention.

In any event, we'll see what happens. Obstruction of justice was what led Nixon to resign, the same Nixon that first planted the idea in Trump's head that he'd be a good politician. Nixon: the herpes of US Presidents.

With this GOP Congress as it is, they wouldn't even impeach Trump if he fucked a 12-year girl in front of everybody outside on the White House lawn. They only way it happens is if the Democrats re-take Congress in 2018 and it'll take a year or two for it to happen. If the Republicans hold onto the House in 2018, Trump remains until at least the 2020 elections.
