Pay off everything and retire. Buy a series of investment properties that I can use for airbnbs when I'm not there in Medellin, Vancouver, Lima and Subic. Permanent condo in Panama City (where I have permanent residency) for an Americas flight gateway and where there's no tax on foreign income that would come from interest and rents. Invest the rest conservatively. Travel to The mediterranean, Petra, Zambia, Cape Town, Auckland and Tokyo among others with a lovely lady or ladies from down south until I got tired of moving.
