...she has no credibility on the subject
agree 100% with you

in fact she has some credibility on the subject .. BUT as there is a but... limited to street gang pimps and obviously really bad cases
Only problem sex workers are not (luckily) all pimped by some Montreal North's nigga or whatever...

Take a look at Mourani Wikipedia's bio
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maria_Mourani

It says it all.. Criminologist desperate for attention...
She tried politics with some success 2005 to 2015 ... opportunism at best switching her political conviction in no time...
at least she is out regarding politics since 2015 .. good riddance

This article in La Presse is obviously to gain some attention ... I guess it is slow for her nowadays lol

In my head
I will note that the reporter had the good sense to ask for Stella's comments on this issue. Otherwise Mourani's BS would not have been challenged. It introduced a tiny measure of balance.
LaPresse is notoriously moralistic. During the debate on cannabis legalization, they opposed it tooth and nail. Even now, they never miss an opportunity to publish negative stories about legalization or cannabis.

I wonder if these activists have sexual intercourse or masturbate anymore. Criminalize sex, eh? Yes, sexual exploitation must be stopped, even among people who are in marriages -- a significant other withholding sex for material things or whatever. Everyone pays for sex, especially those in "relationships" -- guys buying things for their wives or girlfriends in hopes of having sex. This will be a never ending debate, thanks to politicians and wannabe politicians who exploit the topic of sex work for their own (perceived) benefits. Some sex workers actually enjoy sex and the incomes are way better.

I'm sure they don't!

If a woman gives you a body massage, that's ok. You can pay her for this. She can massage everywhere and it's ok, but if she touches your genital, that's criminal! You're the criminal! What kind of society is this....

Haha what a good post Shyman!

You know I once got myself in deep shit... I was working as an intern in the late 90's in Ottawa. Working in a computer lab and we were stuck with a boss that was such a fucking bitch. Of course at one point we are in a room and I joke "If someone would have dared fucked her in the last 10 years we would not be stuck with her fucking nonsense...". Which she heard because she fucking was in the room with us!!!

Haha men I wanted to hide under the carpet but I could not as I got fired haha

If you forbid any physical intimacy between human being what else is left? I mean for Christ sake we live only once. Let the sex workers do their thing to give us a little happiness in this crazy world!

Cheers,

Could it be she is saying that out of self preservation? She needs to make some perps to keep her busy in her job. Even in she has to go on a witch hunt.

I hope you’re black to talk like this. Otherwise you may want to stop using that word.
