If booking escorts of Leolist types of sites or unknown escorts, ALWAYS pay after because once she got the money there is nothing you can do. If booking off Merb agencies or escorts with reviews then yes you can pay upfront.

Always tip at the end. How else would you know how much and even whether to tip? For outcalls, I still do the classic envelope on the nightstand or desk, clearly visible. I think it's reassuring for SPs and it allows them to be gracious and leave the actual payment--the receipt of the envelope--until the end. I can't remember the last time I had an SP collect at the start of a session. Incalls are probably different; I haven't done one in ages.
Always up front. Don't make them ask, either. If you're going to TOFTT on some sketchy, lowball, unreviewed LL fishing trip, I don't have any advice for you. Godspeed and good antibiotics to you, sir.

Haha true. To be honest, I have done it a few times. When it was really but really sketchy, I would drop a 20 on the floor. Giving me a few seconds to sprint ahead haha
When booking with agency's I always leave the donation on the table where they can see it, most of the time they say I'll take it later. Nice touch!

I have known the ladies I am seeing for many years and they are friends. I don’t think they care at all but I always do it upfront just to make sure I don’t forget. The wine and the pastries or snacks are before during and after.

I think it kills the mood paying on the end. I know her mind is gonna be on it, so get it out of the way so I can have her full attention is my thought process.
I can't imagine that even your bestie, most visited sp wouldn't want it at the beginning. Are they cool with it at the end bc of trust or familiarity or whatever? Maybe. Still doesn't mean you should.
In my experience a honest SP that wants to provide a good service and not rip you off will never ask for the money upfront. It is always the ones planning something bad or to give a bad service that will ask money upfront. All the agency girls I booked never asked for payment upfront and one asking would be a BIG turnoff. Escorts off Leolist types of sites ask for payment upfront and that is because most are scams. I used twice Leolist and both times the girl asked to be paid upfront.
