With this cov19 situation, I threw away all together the option of asking girls out at bars/restaurants. Your best shot is dating apps. Get you some nice high quality pictures, put your preferred age range and swipe. Girls are more open to doing dates at a guys place because of the whole situation now. Bumble is better than tinder in my opinion. There’s also match & hinge.
You're mostly outta luck with everything shut down, unless you slide in someone's DMs over Instagram or through a mutual friend. Dating apps are garbage, all of them.

I’d retry them, the apps are booming since the pandemic started. Bumble works best for me personally.
Have a female friend look over your profile lol, and if need be, have her snap a few quality pics and rewrite your profile.
You must have guy friends who have girl friends have their girlfriends introduce you to some of theirs.

I’m visiting here for the 2nd time. You guys are lucky in Montreal. I was just out walking around downtown, I couldn’t believe how beautiful some of the women are here, and how many there are. I went on tinder tonight, but no luck

What kind of photos do you have? How many? Are they action based that describe your life? Like are you the hippie metrosexual type that takes a ton of photos of himself? Because your story simple doesn't add up and I'm about to call it BS.
I talked to other guys and they say they don't get matches or dates either, if they do, it's very hard.
They're White, tall , 30s, attractive, and would have to wait weeks before getting a date & you're saying ChinaVibez get luck on Bumble, lol, I need to know more about your pictures. Maybe it's true.
What doesn’t add up about it? A few shots from sports that I do, a couple travel shots and a nice clear portrait. No selfies, with a well-written profile. It isn’t rocket science bud.
Here is a hot tip, usually do not give out my foolproof ones.
Go into a female gathering place ( Taco Bell for some reason rocks around midnight ). Approach a woman and kind of glide into the chair across from her and say " I may not be the best looking guy here but at least I am talking to you " Some may get a little agitated but just tell them to calm down and that they are over reacting ( that usually calms them down ).
Offer her an El Grande burrito, she will be like putty in your hands.
