I think they should space out the GTs by a considerable amount of time. In this situation, it's lose-lose for the agency that goes second and the clients in general as well (as they'll spend their wad of money on the first GT, and not have too much for the next day).
Better to space it out by at least a month such that the clients can recover more cash, and can enjoy the next GT more.

Ahhhh ok...so no party for the summer at all then? That's too bad...would have been great to have something from MTLGFE in good weather (like a Bar BQ or something). Plus Oct 29th is a long time to wait...

Advantage of a event that is planned much in advance, is easier accommodation in schedule.
I like the idea of a Halloween event!
I will definitely plan to attend (especially since GG GT seems to be more exclusive clientele ... Or so I believe).
I will also look forward to hearing details about the location later. I think that is a very important part of the event.

I am going to dress up like the Big Bad Wolf. I am going to lure Alicia and Brooke into my room with candy and then I am going to lock the door and attack. Can I request a sexy "little Bo Peep costumes for Alicia and Brooke? White fishnet thigh highs and 5" heels would be nice with their costumes.

The last agency Halloween party was by MGF in October 2009. I attended that party in a Zorro costume which I still have. The set up at that party was that the girls who were working wore glowing bracelets and the girls who were not working did not have glowing bracelets.
yes the announcement is a little soon and man will it ever be worth it. The party is for only merbites and our staff. Decided to do it Wednesday night because mostly everyone will have plans for Thursday the 30th including myself.
I would like to come but doing it on a Wednesday night makes it very difficult.....for most out of towners that is a minimum 2 days off which is hard to do at that time of the year.
It has to be during the week because the location will be a friends club and weekends they cannot rent it out to me. Mind you it's exclusively for members/clients and our staff/friends.
