Il y a énormément de complexité a gérer les deux de façon simultané et d'excelle dans les deux .
Plusieurs filles ne veulent pas faire les deux ,il y en a qui prefere le confort de demeurer dans une suites
au lieu de faire du "char" et attendre avec le chauffeur dans un "Tim Horton".
D'autre demoiselle préfère le outcall ce n'est pas la même clientèle et elle ne veulent pas faire de call de 30 minutes .
C'est un sujet qui pourrait etre discuter pendant plusieurs jours ,j' était moi même vendu au outcall ,mes les stratégies de services vip de l'agence a SexyNadya mon convaincu d'adopte aussi le incall ,chacun faisant c'est choix selon la location du incall ,le choix des demoiselles ainsi que la variété du menu offert ,Je dois dire que présentement dans ces trois catégorie synchroniser ou offert en simultanée les demoiselles De SexyNadya sont loin devant toutes concurrences

Booker's posts, along with some very tantalizing information exchanges, had been enough to regain a lot of attention in my case. Then with the resurgence of the agency in the polls showing the confidence people have in this agency it's become much more appealing. Of course few of us can manage to afford or complete a meeting of epic energy and length in the Booker Style, especially when it takes so much to explore the endless curves typical with this agency's ladies. I'm still not crazy about incall, but if Uncle Bookie throws in champagne (not the cheap stuff pal) and the VIP room I'm going to look up these ladies sooner or later.

Although I'm still not real excited about Incall, it sounds like the experience at Nadya's is quite different than most other MERB Incall agencies. From what I understand (thanks wolfie and BookerL), Nadya's Downtown Incall location is a centrally located, 4* hotel, with a large and busy lobby where I would feel comfortable waiting. And each girl has her own room. This avoids many of the negative logistical issues of the typical condo Incall set-up. But I am a little curious how they handle changing the sheets 
Of course, there are still a lot of intangible differences between Incall and Outcall. If you are used to waiting for the knock on the door, it's not nearly the same experience to be the knocker, lol. So I would still be much more likely to try them out if they offered Outcall.

I can second the foregoing remarks regarding Nadya's merits as a teacher - it has certainly been true vis-à-vis myself. In formal academic terms, I am as highly educated as it is possible for a person to be. Most of the women I socialize with in my "legitimate" life hold PhD's from Ive League-calibre universities. I have nevertheless found my acquaintance with Nadya to be a real-life Continuing Ed programme. Of course anyone or any place can be dirty. Whether it's incall or outcall won't change the risks. Since the agency seems to rising a lot in the reports of many Nadya must be taking care to insure the meeting place is in very good condition for customers, though obviously not all get the VIP room Monsieur le B is appropriately privileged to enjoy...though with his prowess I hope insurance is up to date.
It might be more competitive if the agency allowed some outcalls during slow days of the week. Keeping the meetings only for incalls saves booking time lost by traveling, but there must be extremely well off clients dismissing the agency due to a dislike for incalls. So it becomes a choice of which method gains the most. Right now incalls seem to be working very well for the agency. Could it work a bit better with a little outcall time? Are there blocks of time that outcall could fill. G4U offers the latter. They seem to be just as busy and they make outcall work. Maybe there's room too with SNVIPs. Maybe it would help them rise higher?
As a customer if I did incall I would only ask that the meeting be at a good place downtown. The last time I accepted incall my hotel was right on the corner of rue Peel and Ste Catherine and I had to travel about 12 miles south. With difficult traffic using my own car that took up an 1 1/2 hours round trip. Not exactly appealing when added to all the prep time and one wants to see friends as much as possible during a short trip. So I say yes if it's downtown, but hesitate otherwise, and I'm sure some very appealing clients feel similarly, especially if they don't have their own cars with them and need to adjust to public transport schedules and/or add the expense of cabs.

When a agency starts moving from incall to outcall the time traveling can be expanded up to where ,you base is downtown Montreal which at traffic hour might take hours to trough ,
Your point is a very valid one but it works both ways .Other consideration SexyNadya is aiming to cater at downtown business men and travelers who are downtown ,They start answering the phone every morning at 7 a.m. some of their girls are starting at 9 a.m. and some finish at 11.p.m
Other agencies girls start at 6.p.m. to end at 3.a.m . Different schedule different customers different needs .
Like I have said many times I am a outcall type of guy ,my firts ever Incall I did as hobbyist was in 2014 not quit a year ago ,I was very hesitant the first time I booked a call with SexyNadya ,but the Booker Carroll was very friendly and no pressure I decided to make the big leap ,They provided a nice incall location downtown in a very nice hotel and the SP was gorgeous and friendly after the meeting I texted the booker to say I would repeat the rest is history and all contained in my reviews
Does are different strategies and without knowing the real stats of the agencies did only thing we can do is speculate ,
What I can say from analyzing the roster of SexyNadyavips
Is that she keeps her staff pretty happy and the girls are making money so they stay ,two of the biggest factors of the girls switching agencies are no calls and the booker boss try to get under the girl skirt .
Does two situation does not seem to appear
Has for myself I can say they are very accommodating they have change the venues many time for me ,I even saw some of their girls on unscheduled days

Fucking hysterical and ironic, the incall location might as well have been outcall. So close to where I stayed almost all of last year when I came to Montreal. And I mean soooooooo ridiculously close!!

I'm not a businessman but it appears that in many businesses there can be a quality-quantity tradeoff: a business that has established a reputation for quality should be wary of straying too far from its central expertise. The owners will need to hire additional administrative staff: when very high quality is the hallmark of the business, finding staff that are trustworthy and possess the high level of competence required may not be very easy. I would imagine these problems are even more acute in the escort business. I am currently reading the book Mayflower Madam by Sydney Biddle Barrows. This is a superbly informative book, a very detailed presentation of the challenges faced by a woman running an escort business where the dual priorities are to provide high quality service to the client and the fairest possible working conditions for the ladies. Required reading for anyone with a serious interest in how this business works.

I been using Nadya's VIP for many years, they been reliable to me and is pretty much the only Incall agency I use. I might had a bad starts with them (just a misunderstanding) but they were professional enough to listen to me and gave me another chance to use their agency, since then, I never had trouble with them and I been enjoying their selection for almost 8 years.
The hotels they use are always nice & clean. Caroll is a very cool booker.

hostess ,the menu is consistent with all the ladies
Obviously the human factor does apply and each has her set of
talent but Nadyas policies shows the utmost respect for patrons that are respectful gentlemen.

Nice!!! In my experience, the difference between a good SP and a superstar is that the superstar reacts to the difficult to please situations as a challenge and opportunity. Some of the greatest (and most memorable) climaxes for me were also the hardest to achieve and I reserve these times strictly for the skilled ladies that I already know are more than willing and even giddy for the occasion. Such a huge turn on. No coincidence these ladies have shown up at top of merb polls at one time or another, and they turned the opportunity they recognized into my complete devotion, for what it's worth... ($200/hr?)
