Today I picked up a street SP on Ontario street, She was 5 ft. 5 ins. about 115-120 lbs., 32B breast, mid 20s

I have some suspisions!

I have some suspisions that the Doughnut eaters (police) in Montreal only do the least they have to. If you check the statistics for prostitution charges in Montreal, you will see that there has been a consistant rate of approx. 5000 arrest per year.(stats going back 10 years) Mostly done by the old geezers that kissed ass when they were in blues shirts and got promoted to Seargeant detective so they could sit their fat asses in the morality squad. Due to the strong union only the morality squad can make arrest for prostitution. Sometime you do see a SW being taken in, but I suspect that it is for unpaid fines or arrest warrants.
Most of the street arrest take place from May to September, I suspect that once the magic number nears 5000 the cops sit at dunkin doughnuts for the rest of the season. If they increase their arrest they will have to do the same next year.


Just a quick note to you hobbyist that endulge in SWs, I have seen a sting take place where a decoy woman cop was picked up by a hobbyist, he was quickly swarmed by the moraity squad. I suspect that it was because he did the pick up in a residential area where there were kids in the back lanes playing. Cops do make sweeps of the streets on occasion to show that they are doing their jobs, the only other way to get some activity out of these guys is if a resident makes a written complaint. Also look out for a good looking blond with strait hair about 5 ft- 7 in. , and never name the act or the price.
