Tried a new restaurant. It's on Sherbrooke street east. The place is called Larry. The waitress are wearing bra and underwear only. It is like pj's but smaller and the waitresses are sexier. Found it entertaining but the food was very greasy. They serve breakfast, lunch and diner.

If they also serve 'American-style' buttermilk pancakes, then i'm definitely gonna go and check it out! Hot waitresses in their underwear and serving me 'American-style' buttermilk pancakes, what more can any hot-blooded male (who loves pancakes) ask???? Hopefully the place is listed somewhere & it's not too hard to find.

St-Denis has been dying for the past 10 years. Leases are so expensive that unless you are well established (L'Ile Noire, 3Brasseurs, St-Bock, etc.) or appeal to a large group (Turbohaus), you have to close.

I honestly downtown Montreal had legit 1950s American style diners.

Those were my favorite type of restaurants.
