Okay,
I've never used any of these of any kind. So could you explain the cleaning issues involved? It seems to me that repeated use would have a high risk of health issues if not done properly in a very exact way, and the risk would vary or increase depending on the various "textures" you refer to. So how easy or difficult is it to keep safe???
You can use Isopropyl alcohol but you don't really need to use it very often. Immediately cleaning it with hot water after use, allowing it to dry properly, and regular powdering with corn starch is what I've done for years. The cleaning part is very easy. It's the drying part which is more important. If you dry it good, there is no way for mold to exist.
If you are experiencing bacteria build-up, you are probably doing it wrong and should change your drying method or storage habits. Under normal circumstances, there is really no need to use alcohol more than once a month. There are also cleaning products you can buy when ordering a Fleshlight on the official manufacturer's website but I never tried those. Hope it helps.
