new york hotel??????

planning a trip to new york with the wife the summer can anyone help with 3star or 3.5star hotel just outside of new york......would like free parking wifi internet connection and a pool.....thx for ur help

Just outside of NYC would mean New Jersey. Check into hotels in Secaucus NJ. Easy transportation into and out of NY, free parking, most have wifi but few have pools.

It's been a while but I hear there are some nice new properties in Jersey City as well. But again, probably very few would have a pool.

You know, in these tough times you might actually find a good deal in NYC itself.

About 2 blocks from the Exchange Place PATH station in to WTC downtown

There is also a Hyatt @ Exchange Place too.

Near the Pavonia/Newport PATH station, there is a Marriott and a Double Tree.

I don't think any of these hotels have a pool.
