I almost made it to the last Merb Party on Oct 15, 2004 but due to a last minute occurence I couldn't . . . as for December 10, 2004, that's good for me, not to far from the holidays.

While elf is recovering from a seriously bad cold was thinking that Dec 10 isn't bad. However we may want to start thinking about Saturdays instead of Fridays. Out-of-towners work on Fridays and as correctly cameleon EB mentioned in the other party thread, 6 hours drive is what some of us need.

DAMN! , I work sat nights! if it was a friday night, was planningto bring some friends too (people who's new to our world and willing to explore!)

We already had a vote months ago about which day of the week and Friday won because too many have family obligations on Saturday.

This is my first post and going to be my first party, Dec 10 is good here also. I am finally going to come out of my lurker shell. May I ask who is organizing the party and coordinating the agencies and sps attending. I still see nothing confirmed and need to know as I have to plan ahead.

For those travelling, I would suggest to take the train if you can. It's a bit faster than driving, there is no "zoo" to go tru and Bonaventure Station is close to a lots of downtown clubs. (15-20 minutes walk from Saint-Laurent?) At least with the train, you get there fresh as a rose to party!
