When looking through ads, do photos make a difference for you? If the person has no professional photos, would you still book?

Not everyone can afford photo shoots as they can be quite pricey. Most people just set up a tripod and a timer.

Second questions, do you prefer lingerie photos, fully clothed/lifestyle photos or a mix of both?

Photos (and sexy lingerie) make a big difference for me and I love yours, especially in the Selfie forum a.k.a. Gaby's Playground. You look stunning :)

And also... I'm a sucker for real pictures... untouched or barely... GF / GND type...

Photos make 100% of a difference, photo shoots arent really necessary, personally i find the selfies to be a better representation most of the time

With Indies, the photos make a difference for me if only because each SW is making a decision about how she presents herself. The photos are inducements, advertisements, and are clearly designed to offer a visual image of her personality, suggesting at the same time what the client can expect from a session. Like others, I prefer "real" pictures including selfies; I'm in fact turned off by the sexpot/bombshell look. Looking back at my own experiences, though, I can't find much correlation between pictures and pleasure.

It's different with an agency since the women likely don't have much say in how they're being marketed (how else to put that?). I have to trust the booker and in general I pay less attention to pictures.

Oui les photos pour moi sont très importantes et un must.....et tant mieux si certaines peuvent offrir une galerie/photos sur leur site qui les dévoilent en tenues diverses .....évidemment il y a un coût y relié...MAIS c'est assurément un investissement qui en vaut la peine...cela dit ce qui importe c'est l'authenticité....et comme on dit '' what you see is what you get''......lol.

I wonder how much the SP’s presentation in those shoots comes down to their own aesthetic preferences vs the photographer’s bias

I direct all of my photoshoots because I can but I don’t know how it is to work with a professional boudoir photographer.

I am lucky that I can work with friends and be a little more free and creative.

photos would be less important if the descriptions would be accurate which they often are not. Heck, even photos are not accurate sometimes
Oh well... at least we got used to it but for a newbie it can be a shock lol

That reminds me years ago of that photoshop artist who made a hottie out of a pizza

There are several reasons why having a picture of a service provider is important for all of us. Firstly, it helps to establish trust and credibility which are crucial factors when choosing a service.Secondly, it aids in recognition, ensuring that clients can easily identify their chosen provider.Additionally, it showcases professionalism and seriousness, conveying a sense of reliability. Moreover, a picture helps in building a rapport with clients.Lastly, the physical appearance of a service provider plays a significant role in clients' overall experience.

Overall, a picture of the service provider not only makes clients feel more comfortable but also enhances their trust and satisfaction. It is almost unimaginable to engage with a service provider without any pictures, as it feels akin to purchasing a car without inspecting it or reverting to the old days of relying solely on newspaper descriptions.

It is worth mentioning that whenever I have encountered service providers without pictures, the outcome has often been disastrous.

Booking without any photo at all? Wow that's not something I would ever do. Even a single super bad photo is a minimum to at least have a rough idea of what the girl will look like.
Im talking about the old days buddy.

I don't know how you CANNOT have photos these days. It is very hard to get paying customer's attention. It's a minimum.

As to the type of photo, well i don't have a real preferance. Ideally something that gives you an honest presentation of how you look, all while trying to creating some kind of enticement...

I can think of one provider in particular at a massage parlour whom after meeting in a presentation i kinda thought, ''nah, wont see her''. But she later came out with such an sexy pict of herself, i could not get the pict out of my mind and i ended up seeing her, and then repeating about 10 times :D....it all started with a truthful yet particurlary sexy pict.

Any photos are fine. But recently I booked someone without a face pic and while her figure was good, not quite a buttaface, but not what I expected. I am not booking anyone again without a face photo or trusted recommendation. I'd even send the girl $20 for a face pic before booking if she'd send it.

Photos are heavily photoshopped now a days
If the photo is a reasonable representation of the the person I’m satisfied. Often it’s not
It’s the younger, slimmer, smoother skin complexion of the actual person.
Prefer a lingerie photo ( video is better) to show their figure I understand they can’t show the face for privacy purposes

It depends on the photographer. I know at least one in Montreal I would never work with even if they paid me because they make their models look like porcelain dolls. Whenever I see those photos I wonder if clients know that who they’re contacting will not look like that.

Exactly...

Remove tattoos, distinctive birth marks or stuff like that... sure since it's for privacy reasons.

Making a waist / ass / legs thinner, smoothing the skin and such stuff... I don't agree with... that becomes false advertising. It creates disappointment at first glance which is never a good start to any session. You are who you are and there will always be a market for who you are
