Ever thought of uploading the picture in image shack ? http://www.imageshack.us/

then just PM the link.

No one will be able to see the pic unless they have the proper URL address.

although, I just thought of it, you have a website of your own. You could upload the pics to your web server and then just PM the link, which is more feasible.
