Preferred agency for longer bookings ? Or Indies?

Which agency would you choose for longer Booking ?(3 or more hours )
Some Indies are also rate competitive with agencies that doesn't apply rebates for longer Bookings !

You are assuming that your opinion carries such weight as to influence that of the others... The nature of your very question necessitates that the answer be based on personal experience rather than that of your potential influence for this poll to be valid... Or maybe there's a reason why most polls are anonymous...

Hi Maxx I am assuming that a group of persons opinions carries enough weight to modify someone's opinion and I am not a member of such group so I let the people decide on their own free will wherever it leads
If the administrators of this forum would prefer only anonymous polls would we get the options?
What about transparencies?
Any other questions?

Not necessarily. Some would say staying out of it shows some integrity regardless of whether the vote would have any influence or not. In some of the nomination polls for Best Agency and Best GFE I made I stayed out of nominating anyone though some members thought there wasn't any reason to handle the issue that way. I never had any connection to working for orhelping out with anything to do with any agency, I just thought it would be cleaner, to use one word, to stay out of the process. I did vote later in the official poll as I had declared I would before the nominations were set. Overall I guess it doesn't matter either way IF one is not connected with any bias to whatever the poll is about. Still, maybe staying out helps with perceptions of honesty even if it's not necessary.

As for public or private polls, obviously there's always an issue of bias and/or shilling. Many know who those people are and public polls allow members to discount anonymous fake ballooned numbers.

This isn't a nomination poll, and with 8 total voters thus far, how much of a cross section does this encompass? I've been a moderator/super moderator/admin for several forums of this size or greater for 5-10 years (does this qualify me to repeatedly say that I have over 20+ years of mod experience? :lol: :lol: :lol: ). In my experience, public polls bring less participation, and for those who post polls of this nature, there is usually more participation when the OP answers the question honestly him/her self... Food for thought...

BTW, what would a shill stand to gain from this poll result?? I would like to think that any intelligent hobbyist would not use a poll result (especially one like this) to choose an agency...

Stating that someone is the best booker or best agency?since sampling comes from the same forum same intelligent hobbyist?
