That applies to a lot of things at crappy tire. I recently bought something for 7.99 there and saw it for 5.99 at the little hardware store around the corner from me, neither being on sale.

CDN tire are known for low prices on tools; but when it comes to hardware/car parts, they lose most of the time when comparing pricing vs quality.
