Check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostitution
According to Wikipedia, prostitution law in Rhode Island is such that:
"the bare act of sex for money is not illegal, but street solicitation and operating a brothel are."
There were some MP busts in RI, but the prostitution charges were thrown out because it was ruled that no law was broken!

So legally, in theory, Rhode Island could be like Canada? How about a bunch of entrepreneurial types go there and start a bunch of agencies?
Thoughts? Wishful thinking on my part I know, but I was wondering what you New Englanders thought about this from a local perspective.
