Question on Air Compressor To Blow Up Swimming Pool Float

I just bought this floating recliner for use in my swimming pool at Walmart, actually paid $29 for it:

The valve is female and when I went to the gas station to use the air compressor (which is intended to blow up male car tire valves), the air compressor valve was also female. Female on female does not work, unless you are going to watch a lesbian show at Chez Paree. I am trying to blow up a swimming pool recliner and I need male on female.

Can someone direct me to where I can find a male valve that will do the job? Where can I buy such an air compressor?

Tried to help, googled pump with male end and all that came up was penis pump. Can these not be blown up with lung power?

Buy one of those manual balloon pumps, or hire an SP for 15 mins to blow it up for you...

1st option is more economical, 2nd option is more entertaining...

Couple suggestions:

1. Get your own air compressor; kills the trips to the gas station. They're not too expensive. This one's about $30.

2. Might want to go to an auto store (like Advance or Western). Wal-mart has compressor kits like this:

Most cheap tire inflators come with an adapter which just a little plastic piece which has a pointed tip.

As pictured here in the front row and right-most. If you have a portable tire inflator it probably came with one, sometimes attached to a case that holds the unit.

Try a small local hardware store (not home depot), they will have it.

Thanks for the responses. One of my neighbors came to the rescue with a pump a little smaller than the one Roadtripr posted which she bought at Walmart in the camping department for about $30. She gave me a free one time pump, but I am headed to Walmart to buy the pump she had which came with 2 male adaptors of different sizes, one of which was a perfect fit. This is not like sex where one penis fits all vaginas- the male adaptor has to fit the female port on the float.

By the way, the floating recliner I bought (which I posted a link to in my first post) was great. I spent most of the afternoon in it, lounging in the pool. The only disappointment is the cup holder is only big enough to fit a regular size beer can or bottle, or small bottle of water. It will not fit both the bottle and the bottle cooler- not wide enough. I guess we can be pigs with our expectations of every little perk, but other than that minor disappointment, it is great.

Sometimes the solutions to life's problems can be so simple.

2 man inflatable dingy fill with ice, beer, wine, and/or your favorite drink pre-made and a tow-line to the chair. Your only problem will be getting to drunk, falling out, and drowning to death. But if you're dead you have no more problems.
