I don't think I have ever made mash potatoes in my life.

Boil potatoes until they are soft, then mash them with a potato masher in a large bowl, add cream, butter and one or two whole raw eggs while the potatoes are still warm (you will thank me, this will make them have a great texture and taste) and use an electric mixer to make them soft and fluffy

I received a cat tree in the mail and I was able to build it, I threw a table that an abusive ex partner almost destroyed and bought a fluffy carpet to put by my bed.. I'm really enjoying making my apartment cozier and more welcoming for friends and lovers.

Why is it kind of looked down to care about your clients? I’ve tweeted that I was tired of seeing constant ‘1h booking client’ bashing and someone replied and asked why do I even care about what clients think?

It surprised me and confused me. Isn’t it normal that I care about what my current and potential clients think? After all, I want them to come see me so of course I want them to feel good and be happy when they do so.

I have seen a lot of my peers saying that’s a ‘pick me attitude’ to always want to please clients. I would agree if I was always putting them down to make myself look better in the eyes of clients but I don’t think that’s what I do.

Same here. Even though I pay, I care about what the SPs I really like think of me. I want them to feel good and be happy when I want to see them again

For me, caring about others is a basic human function. I wouldn't want to visit a SP that wasn't willing to develop a connection and have mutual respect. I don't see how you can't care on some level.

I think it's normal to care about your clients. You can't be in this business dehumanizing your clientele. I think bashing 1h bookings is ridiculous.. However, I do agree that sometimes there is a pattern of disrespectful behaviour with certain people and it has to be called out and pointed out. I agree with you Lena that being a pick me is bashing certain people in order to make yourself look good and trying to be the "cool girl" by tolerating abusive behaviour. Caring about what the clients who treat you well think of you is completely normal
