Nowadays, I prefer real of any sizes.
Barring any reconstructive surgery situations for health issues, these interventions are, for the SP profession, an investement and I found that a lot will go Elvis Gratton. Rarely a women will go from A to B cups.
I don't snub the implants but will be more interested in a model who's, from my perspective, done it for her whole apperance in mind rather than making her breast the main focus of it.

My preference in terms of physical attributes includes smaller, genuine breasts. I have never been attracted to larger or artificially enhanced breasts. However, I appreciate either a naturally or artificially enhanced buttocks. That is My individual preference.
The concept or focus should be if the it "enhances" not "augments" the woman's body. Hard, or perfectly round do not feel or look good/natural. Also, I love watching natural boobs swinging and moving while fucking. I also know lots of women who have had complications from breast augmentation. Albeit, there are some doctors that do such a great job it's hard to tell they are not "real". But over all, smaller perky boobs beat large augmented boobs.
Real and natural, size doesnt matter, but perky and not sagging too much. Small perky A or B cup over enhancements everytime.
IF getting enhancement, focus should be on lifting and improving shape while still maintaining a soft natural look appropriate for body size and shape, and maybe moving up 1 cup size. Women obess too much about size generally speaking.
What should never be done is getting the balloon or grapefruit style enhancements that look completely fake and out of place.

Totally agree, over the last years, I have had the chance to get close and know personally 2 providers that were amazing human beings.

Late to the thread but I'm all for 100% natural. Only a few times, were the fakes so well done that they looked and felt almost natural. If a provider is on the smaller side but has a great personality and attitude, that wins me over every time.

Real breasts...I like them all and find that mother nature has done a fine job. Just as all of us have imperfections breasts are not always perfect and that is just fine with me. I like to appreciate a woman's body as it is.
