Recruitment - What is the secret ?

Personally, I think if I started an agency it would boom. My friend has the computer science background to handle the website and adds. I can put up the capital and write/edit/ market with help from the employees, and recruitment could be done by someone who use to be an escort and or knows a bunch of people working as escorts.our policy would be about safety, respect, and accountability. I swear we would be number 1 in 4 months!!!!!!!!! Lol. Of course since the Montreal market is over saturated I would look to start this new venture elsewhere....

You could add that agencies could also advice girls on wise spending, investing and saving. Some if not many girls do see a lot of cash in their hands and start buying clothes and jewelry. At the end of a year they are financially at the same place they were when they started and they can't ever retire because they don't want to give up the lavish lifestyle.

You can find girls on any platform. Hit up the right girl, she will even recruit her friends. Marketing goes both ways... any platform where you will find cute girls that are going through money issues you're bound to hit one one that is willing. So many see it as, I was going to give it for free anyways lol

I know people on both end of the equation, recruiter and the recruitee (Tinder along with few other sites).

I have asked lots of girls "How did you choose this agency" ? and the response was "I did not, I was contacted / discovered by Mr / Miss X and so on"

Some of these girls had no intention or idea about the escorting business until that instant / initial contact, and some of them became few of the hottest
debutantes and best providing SPs.
