online you can 100% trust both jern.ca (Jouet Érotisme Rive Nord) and sexyetcie (sexy et compagnie) I personally have purchased many times. Both locally owned retailers.
For in-store, then Sexy et cie have 4 stores with actual dolls on display I think, call and check. I also know Jern used to have an in-person shop set up but you would have to contact them to see if that's still available.
