Residential outcalls (when you have a REALLY nice place) - asking for trouble?

So here's my situation. I managed to get a deal on a really great looking place. It's been renovated to crazy extremes and it looks wicked. The problem is, it also looks like I have much, much more money then I actually have. People come over and they think I'm loaded, and I most certainly am not. The question is, am I asking for trouble by having outcalls here? I'm not sure it's a great idea to have strangers who, in some cases, might have habits, come by and possibly case the place for a future visit. I realize how paranoid that sounds, but I have in the past, when I did outcall to my old apartment, had an alarmingly strung out looking girl show up, and it freaked me out enough to have me consider leaving the hobby for good. I can't imagine how creepy it might be to have the same situation in my new place.

Now, believe me, the large majority of women I've met in the hobby have been as cool as can be, and were people I'd certainly trust. It's just there's always the wild card factor in seeing a new girl. I'm really not sure what to do.

I think most of the time it would be fine. But if it really bothers you, just tell them it's your parents or brother's place and you just stay here temporarily.

Definitely asking for trouble if you invite total strangers. Some will case the place and sell the info. You do not need the aggrevation.

I received at home dozens of time,
in a very nice expensive place
and I never had any trouble.
But then I was only calling reputable agencies
and the place had some decent security.

Um, I don't automatically associate an SP with criminal activities. At the same time, when you hear stories of an agency like JDM using street girls when their roster is low, that's a little scary. When you see a girl (or anyone) who's clearly jonesing from withdrawal, that's a little scary too. I would not be concerned about having an SP over if I knew her from before or if she's a regular poster on a board like this, but a total and absolute stranger? You never know who's going to show, and if somebody who's temporarily in a very bad spot and maybe has a habit comes over and sees what appears to be an easy mark of a place with a lot of assets, I don't think I need to connect the dots that get me a little concerned about the possibilities.

Overlooking a number of points. The driver is usually a male and could case the place between delivery and pick-up. He could also overhear the ladies talking afterwards.This would be done without the SP's knowledge or involvement.

A phone call leaving a return number and address would have to be made.
Both may be used to verify if the place is empty. This would be done without the SP's knowledge or involvement.

Simply believe that people should enjoy themselves without additional risk.

I have a really nice place also, I use it mostly for this hobby. I can say that I have never had a breakin or a problem. I think in general most sp wouldn't want to have the risk of a felony break in. It is easier to make money with sex than risking committing a crime. Just my thoughts

Have you ever thought that a simple delivery (furniture, other) may get you into trouble because some of the staff is only temporarily employed and they might spot the place for future theft or something? I know a case similar to that and I read about another one in newspapers that had turned into tragedy.

So don't get paranoid about SPs coming to your home. 99.9% of outcalls are probably more thrustworthy than your brother

How is that a precaution? If the place looks like a worthwhile B&E, would it matter who lives there once someone has taken inventory? It wouldn't.

How about looking at it this way: If you are worried about it enough to ask the question then why make yourself paranoid about it? Just get a nice room and you'll never have to have the thought cross your mind again. Seems quite simple to me.

A very wise point! It's probably what I'll have to do. It's just a shame, because I love having women coming over to my place. Going to a hotel makes it so planned and formal in a sense. No spontaneity. I never had a problem in the past when I had an average apartment, but I do somehow have an off-putting feeling about how things can go South by doing it here. Hotels it shall probably be. Sigh.

That risk always exists when you bring strangers into your home, not necessarily SPs. My parents house got stolen once while they were on vacation. Thankfully, the cops caught the people responsible and got their stuff back (except for a few rugs). Further investigation revealed that they heard about the place from a friend of a friend who was a plumber and had come in to do some work. The plumber himself didn't really sell the information, he had just mentioned it in a casual conversation.

You should get yourself an alarm system regardless, or at the very least one of those timer things that turn on the lights and appliances at random intervals while you are away. Most thieves are deterred by an occupied house/apartment.

Edit: I would add that since seeing SPs usually involves cash transactions, someone could get the idea that you keep large sums of cash on the premesis.

If you want to have companions over but are concerned about it, then only invite those companions with whom you've already been with.

Then you know who you are inviting over. Of course, if the place is really nice and you haven't been a good tipper, they might think you are cheap!!!
