It takes a "Bully" to bully a "Bully"...hire a temporary body guard.

Or...relocate...to a significant new distant location. Then it becomes subject to law enforcement if he is persistent...many "pimps" target weak and easy prey, chances are he may follow this easy prey. This makes it a whole new ball game....with new circumstances.
