Lovemaker,

Bigboyeddie crossed way over the line with direct personal insults. This will not be tolerated here. He pushed the line in another thread lately, as did you, and this was well deserved. His suspension has also been extended to one month after I read all of his posts in detail. If you continue to complain in this thread, you will follow him.

No more off topic posts in this thread. The next one gets two months off.

Mod 8

Mod8 you're getting out of line bro, you expect to abuse the rules yourself without anyone challenging you? Did you not see what everyone else saw? The guy called him a junkie and a drug addict and said it explained the content of his reviews. Doc holiday instigated the tsunami with this initial comment. He called him a junkie addict and defamed all his reviews. And you're going to ban eddie???? I ask Fred to look at this. Eddie is one the greatest reviewers in the game, and u just banned him for something he didnt even instigate, he just stood up for himself. Fred please take a look at this. This is bullshit

Whitney Houston.......

When that name comes to mind
I think, what a voice
I was just a young man out of puberty when i first heard that voice
When i had my first look at her, i was instantly in love
She was the first sista that i ever fell in love with
Not only was it her voice, but she was beautiful
When i saw her in her first movie
I wished i was Kevin Costner
She sang great in that movie and was beautiful as always
I saw that movie again and again
And always wished that i was Kevin Costner
Whitney had a rough going through the years
But more often than not, that's the price to pay for fame
Now my Whitney is gone, and i feel an emptyness
I will never see Whitney again
Yet her voice will live forever.

Alright! We already had one taker for a long vacation, anybody else want to apply?

Lovemaker was suspended for 2 month for ignoring Mod8`s warning and "for his work" in general lately.

REMEMBER: This is a RIP thread, have some decency.

Already 1 hour of the Mods time wasted babysitting adults who can`t stay civilized and play by the rules.

Thanks

It's crazy how many gave themselves to drugs in the last couple of years. If she was sad, well I hope she rests in peace. If she started that shit to have fun, well I can't say I would have much sympathy. But I don't know, so I'll wait and see until the story unfolds.

In the case of Whitney and Amy the "bullets" that killed them were drugs and alchohol .
But it was the self-destructive men in their lives who pulled the trigger.
We lost a beautiful voice and soul.

A video from a pusher ..
I think whole-heart'idly that mr.brown introduced her to the euphoric poison, and she had wayyy more money.
The problem with starting your youth trips when your an adult is that its harder to bounce back.
I think she had a clean childhood, and didnt party that much as a teen. It takes much discipline to master a craft such as hers at a young age.

The problem with being rich and famous is that you want new highs in everything. There is a line in the old movie Chinatown, Jack Nickolsons character asks How much better can you eat? How many cars can you drive? When you can have everything, there is nothing to look forward to.

Hello all,

The problem with being rich and famous is that you want new highs in everything. There is a line in the old movie Chinatown, Jack Nickolsons character asks How much better can you eat? How many cars can you drive? When you can have everything, there is nothing to look forward to.

Well, INNER DRIVE is usually the key to fame and fortune/success. Even great talent without a strong drive can make a career fall well short. So, it does not seem surprising the same drive that created fame continues to push individuals for new highs after the apex of success has been achieved. Then again, a negative association seems to have directed her need for highs into self-destructive behavior.

CAUSE OF DEATH:

http://global.christianpost.com/new...eath-leads-to-prescription-pills-probe-69451/

Whitney Houston's doctors will reportedly face questioning over the bevy of prescription pills found in the late pop legend's Beverly Hilton hotel room Saturday.

Houston, 48, was discovered unconscious in the bathtub surrounded by bottles of medication that, according to the Daily Mail, included: ibuprofen, anti-anxiety drug Xanax, Midol, and amoxicillin for bacterial infections.

UK publication the Mirror writes that up to nine doctors could be investigated – starting with Beverly Hills' Mickey Fine Pharmacy & Grill, which had also supplied Michael Jackson's medication for years.

Houston's family was allegedly told by Los Angeles County Coroner officials that the cause of the star's death was the medication and alcohol mix – not drowning, TMZ reported.

Regardless, the cause of death has not been officially revealed...

continued...

I had one extreme experience mixing alcohol and one prescription drug at an early age. The result was so bad I vowed I would never do it again. It's amazing how fast the reaction was as I still had most of my first drink in my hand when the sickness started.

In Houston's case, the ravages of illicit drugs and alcohol indulgence over the years must have made her so much more vulnerable. Then add in even a smaller prescription cocktail.

It must be a brutal physical-emotional and/or psychological dependency that leads anyone into such a situation, because there is no sense in it.

:(

The Governor of New Jersey (where she grew up) actually declared flying the U.S. flag at half staff throughout the state.

I don't get it, Whitney was an entertainer.

Is it fair to assume Clarence Clemons of the E street band was also "connected"?

You're missing the point. You hang the American flag at half staff on Memorial Day, National Pearl Harbor Day, or the death of a former or current President. The NJ Governor may have the power to do it ... but for singers! Thinly disguised attempt to gain favor and votes.
