Looks like our banned buddy Roberpal has been copying reviews from Merb and using them on another site as his own!! His handle on that site is ROBERTPALLI2 and this is only the first review I`ve matched with his that was completely plagiarized. Dood`s original review follows!

It`s really not that difficult to discern when you see his ``General Details`` written like a 4 year old and the ``Juicy Details`` written like a high school grad.

Mod`s is there anyway to permanently ban someone for posting others experiences as their own?

Anyway, here`s his errr...Dood`s review which robertpal is taking credit for.

General details:

was in montreal at the begining of the month. my first girl up was karera of devilish. a hot little american indian french canadian mix who looked great in her pics. call up devilish and set up a 1 hour date. She is tall thin girl with black hair.

Juicy Details:
She came in about 10 minutes late, and she is gorgeous and exactly like her pics.

We moved on to the bed. She’s quite aggressive on the with full DT and BLS. A most excellent kisser and just all around fun and sensual. I could only describe it as a full GFE with a little PSE thrown in for good measure.

One thing I have to note is that she has got to be the wettest, and I mean wettest girl I have ever been with. Good lord, the sheets are soaked!

Well, I`ve been hanging around these parts for a while, so I guess it was time for me to get my feet wet with a ``first`` real review.

A little background about me: I`ve been part of the scene for about 8 years now. It all started in Thailand. I travel a lot for work so I`ve pretty much had them in every country in the world. I also lived in Brazil for almost 4 years. I`ve been doing the MTL scene for about 8 months now. I`ve only used 3 agencies, Devilish, Eleganza and Montreal XXXtase.

I was feeling a bit risky today, so at the time I checked the advertisers section, Chris has just posted tonight’s lineup. I called up and asked for the descriptions of the two newbie’s and then called right back and decided to take 2 hours with Karera.

I know a lot of you are against doing anything without pics, so for those of you apprehensive to take the plunge here ya go:

If he was taking posts from other boards and posting here a ban would be effective.

He is taking reviews from this board and posting them elsewhere as his own.

This becomes problematic since even if banned he can still surf this board and lift reviews without being a member.

It's true that even if TER banned him, he could theoretically purchase another TER membership under a different board name and different credit card and continue to post on TER reviews plagiarized from MERB. However, I suspect the reason he was posting plagiarized MERB reviews was because on TER, each review you post gets you 15 extra free days of membership. I know this because I am a paid TER member myself. So this purpose would be thwarted if he was forced to purchase another membership on TER due to being banned.

The TER memberships are offered on a monthly and quarterly basis. I believe it is the quarterly which is a one time non recurring charge of $50. So when your 90 days is up you can extend without paying by posting reviews. 4 posted reviews would get you another 60 days. So it could very well be that he is trying to extend that membership.

One irony in this whole thing is that the plagiarized original review by FN, which is seemingly a credible and honest review, was accompanied by grades of 9 on looks and 8 on service, which are certainly stellar grades in the TER system, and are grades that reflect the review that was written. Thus, even though Robertpal did not write the review and apparently never saw Karyna, the review itself is not fake and is not deceiving or misleading TER customers in any way except as to authorship. It's also something that Eleganza certainly should not complain about. The only people who should be upset here are Forever Newbie, for having his intellectual property (regardless of its worth) converted, and MERB, because this could lead to a trend - I'll call it "Robertpalling" - of copying and pasting reviews from one board to another to gain a financial or other type of advantage.
