The government does not have to prove guilt, the defendant must prove his innocence.

I've met him on a couple of occasions. To me, he came off rather arrogant, but he's a very intelligent guy to be honest. His popularity got to his head like a lot of well known people who are usually used to getting their ass kissed a lot. From my perspective, it's very difficult for me to believe he's innocent.
