I'm going to give this the benefit of the doubt and assume you're not trolling. First off, the ladies are generally referred to (at least here) as SPs (service providers) and not SBs. Secondly, since what makes someone good is very subjective you'd need to be a lot more specific about what someone who i "good" means to you (looks, age, race, language, services offered etc). Latsly, when you have that idea in mind you should describe what you want in the Escort 411 section and you're sure to get some recommendations, rather than asking in the lounge. You can also consult the advertisement threads to see ladies from here, what they look like and what they offer, as well as agencies that advertise on the board.
I believe the SB meant Sugar Baby. I don't think there's many resources for that here.

Before becoming an SP I did more SBing. I used (and still occasionally log on to) Sugardaddy and Seeking(the latter doesn't seem to be used as much in Canada as it is in the U.S.) I've heard from the SD side that both sites have a lot of bots / scammers to wade through. But I think honestly if you have your wits about you it wouldn't be too hard to tell the difference.
I have not found sugar babies in Montreal to be productive. Too many really good standard escorts to see.
I went on a few meet n greets with SB’s in Montreal and found their “wants” to be too high for the experience. Several of them did offer to go out to dinners etc platonically but I declined.

- Most of them ask for "PPM" (pay per meeting, so escort with extra steps, but they choose the guy.)
- Some expect you to pay like 400$ for a platonic dinner (first meeting). Since there are so many guys that are time waster that try to get away with not tipping. (some will ghost after)
- You will be disappointed most of the time and have a hard time to make sure that it's not platonic and you will have some intimacy.
- You will have better sex with an escort, it's easier, and an agency (or reputation for Indy) and this site to back-up everything.
Sites like seeking cost like 100$ US per month just to be able to talk to the ladies / bot, and to be ignored by most of them.
Unless you have 2-3k per month to give an SB. (and more). It's going to be hard.
Bottom line, I have lost most of my money into this for bad sex or platonic dinner.
The time of Tinder / Seeking / Bumble is over. Cost is too high for men, and the amount of bots is getting ridiculous.
